PARTICIPATION PARTY – HOW CUSTOMERS DIGITALLY INTERACT WITH BRANDS

Getting your customer to interact digitally with your brand is a key step in the engagement process.  Not surprisingly, younger generations participated more often than older ones.  According to the “Global Marketing Trends 2021” report from Deloitte Insights, 73% of people ages 18-25 interacted with brands online.  Participation drops off to 64% for ages 26-45 and only 42% for those over 46.

So, how are they interacting?  Let’s take a look at the findings of the report.
