Challenge
Olivet Nazarene University was looking to increase new student headcount and improve retention of existing students. Concurrently, they needed a way to improve communication and engagement with parents and alumni.
- Establish and present a cohesive brand and message for Olivet Nazarene to all constituencies
- Develop and implement strategic enrollment, marketing, advancement and development plans
- Focus on internal and external constituencies with particular attention to potential prospective students, parents, donors, alumni and friends of the university
