Olivet Nazarene University was looking to increase new student headcount and improve retention of existing students. Concurrently, they needed a way to improve communication and engagement with parents and alumni.

  • Establish and present a cohesive brand and message for Olivet Nazarene to all constituencies
  • Develop and implement strategic enrollment, marketing, advancement and development plans
  • Focus on internal and external constituencies with particular attention to potential prospective students, parents, donors, alumni and friends of the university


  • Elevated the language and imagery and built a more aspirational and compelling brand platform
  • Delivered a full cadre of collateral materials including a new view book, search piece, campus visit brochure, plus financial aid, parent, outcomes, student development opportunities pieces
  • Provided full complement departmental brochures and all of the requisite supporting materials for recruitment and enrollment management purposes
