Circassia Pharmaceuticals was just beginning to revamp their marketing efforts for their drug Niox. A new marketing team in place, they were trying to find a partner that could help alleviate some of the day to day work load of delivering collateral to their growing sales team in the field. Circassia needed to find a solution that would bring efficiencies and cost-savings.
By developing a strong and collaborative working relationship with team members in both marketing operations and sales, Quantum and Circassia developed a scope of work for a customized eStore ordering system, Q_encompass. This system would support order management and delivery of collateral to their sales force and support inventory management that was previously managed within their office space.
The eStore was developed and deployed within 6 weeks. During the same 6 week timeframe, all material previously stored at their Raleigh, NC facility was transferred to Quantum’s Chicago area warehouse and no downtime experienced in delivering materials to the field. In addition to the eStore, Quantum also provided all print production for marketing collateral and the in-house design team acted as an extension to Circassia’s agency of record to help generate materials that were needed in market quickly. The services now expand into multi-channel communication projects, delivering formulary announcements to physicians via direct mail and email.
